 Slow Cooker Chili
6 hrs to cook • Serves 6-7

2 lbs     Ground beef, lean

1/2 tsp     Coriander, ground
3 cloves     Garlic
1 (15 oz) can     Kidney beans, dark red
1 (15 oz) can     Kidney beans, light red
2 (14.5) oz cans     Tomatoes with green chilies
1     Yellow onion, large
Canned Goods
1/2 cup     Water or beef broth
Condiments
3 (8 oz) cans     Tomato sauce
Baking & Spices
2 tbsp     Chili powder
2 tsp     Cocoa powder
1 tsp     Granulated sugar
2 tsp     Paprika
1     Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp     Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
2 1/2 tsp     Cumin, ground
